Esri India is engaged in the manufacturing, marketing and distribution of the GIS software products and related services in the territory of India, Nepal and Bhutan.The Partner is engaged in the business of Reseller .We represented to Esri India that the Reseller Partner possesses requisite infrastructure, manpower, expertise and adequate financial resources to fulfil all its obligation as set out in this Agreement and is in a position to effectively develop the business for the Software and services being offered by Esri India.
